A 2 storey house on a flat site in singapore. We took the approach to create an ‘L’ shape house that funneled the breezes whilst creating a private inward looking courtyard garden. The house was completed in 2025.

A large mulit-generational house in Singapore, completed in 2026. The site was on top of a steeply sloping hill and this allowed us to terrace a series of pools and roof gardens back, whilst maintaining the fantastic hilltop views. The gardens and ponds as well as the open central circulation area make for exceptional breezes and cross ventilation, to minimise the need for air conditioning

A multi-generational house on a square flat plot. The house was planned as an ‘L’ shape to turn its back on the road and focus instead on its own private courtyard garden in the foreground and the magnificent heritage rain trees on state land in the distance. Completed late 2025.

This house completed in 2025 is really a celebration of garden and indoor / outdoor interaction. The owner, a keen gardener, selected all the plants to encourage biodiversity, and create a feeling of lush tropical living.

The roof garden as spectacular views of neighbouring greenery for evening entertainment.

This new house sits on a very prominent oddly shaped site.  Perched above the house turns its back on the street to focus on the rear landscaped garden.  Up on the attic roof garden, a shady pavilion was constructed to make the most of the breezes and fantastic views.  The roof garden also helps to cool the bedrooms below.

A multi generational family home completed in 2022.  A central role was given to a beautiful rain tree in the rear garden which became the focal point for the whole house. Large overhangs protect the house from the tropical sun and rain, and the house is designed to be passively cooled with good cross ventilation and cooling roof gardens.
